Friday was not a good day for me, I just felt so funny/ill and it was really getting to me.
Everytime I looked at my work I thought it looked like total rubbish and I was taking so long ... i even had to sneak out of the department just to clear my head. However after dinner (we worked late on Friday) I think I may have just been a bit hard on myself, my lines did look okay and my brushstrokes weren't as bad as I thought at the top of the entrance.
When I eventually got onto the palace flats, things did however go back to being bad - I just couldn't draw. I couldn't understand the whole perspective thing (which got to me as I've done perspective drawing before) and I couldn't understand why we had sort of changed the detail design of the flat as to be honest I really liked the designers detailing. Oh well I'm sure it will all be fine on monday. I just had an off day and these things happen.
